BYHA provides program beginning with our 5 year old players in our Hockey School / Mini Trooper program which progress into our Recreational House League Hockey program which begins at the Novice Division and continue through to the Juvenile Division.
BYHA also provides through our Intra-City Hockey program ( Novice - Midget ) a development platform by which a player can develop their skill sets which will allow them to advance to the Representative level of play.
BYHA has in place "AAA", "AA", and "A" (Minor Novice - Juvenile ) Representative team program as well.
BYHA through it's Hockey Development Program provides clinics for the players through its Goalie School and Power Skating/Body Contract. As well, we hold clinics for our coaches and have a vast library available for all of our coaching staffs to draw upon.

The BYHA Representative Level have teams from the 6-year-old Selects and the 7-year-old Selects, as well, have teams from Minor Novice to Juvenile within the "AAA" , "AA" and "A" leagues within the Ontario Minor Hockey Association.
It should be understood that these teams are not just representative of BYHA but also embassador's for the City of Brampton. BYHA has an alliance with the Brampton Battalion whereby we have been authorized to wear their team uniforms.
Our "AAA" Teams play within the South Central League, while the "AA" Teams play in the Tri-County Minor Hockey League (Bowan Division), as well, the "A" Teams play in the Tri-County Minor Hockey League (Smith Division and Harrison Division).
Brampton's 6 year-old select team is part of the York Simcoe Minor Hockey League (Mite Division) and & 7 year-old select teams are part of the Tri-County (SCTA Division) and the Tri-County (North Division).
Each parent should be aware that the BYHA does assess each team with surcharges to cover the additional cost of playing at this level and that these surcharges are a cost to the player.
